    1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    2 cloves garlic, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    4 thin sliced chicken breast patties
    1 cup sliced mushroom
    1/2 - 3/4 cup Marsala wine


Heat oil in large skillet with high sides.
Saute garlic and onions until onions soften.
Add chicken breasts (dredge in flour, if desired -- this will thicken sauce), mushroom, and Marsala wine.
Turn chicken every 5 minutes. Cook until sauce is thick and chicken is cooked through.
