Number of Servings: 4


    1 c water added to 1 c whipping cream
    dash of salt
    3 eggs
    1/4 c sucralose
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    4 Tbs s/f Carmel Syrup


1.Mix the water with the whipping cream and bring to boil in either a heavy bottomed pan or the top of a double boiler.
2. Beat the three eggs, adding the sucralose and the salt.
3. Slowly add the hot milk to the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
4. Pour into ramekins or custard cups, place into a shallow oven safe pan filled with water. (Water not high enough to spillover into the custard.
5. Bake in a pre-heated 325 oven for 30 - 35 minutes until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

Serving Size: Fills 4 individual (5 oz) ramekins
