1 head Cauliflower, raw, large (6-7" dia)
1 large Baked Potato, with skin
    1/4 cup Milk, nonfat
    3 tsp Yellow Mustard
    1 tbsp*Hellman's Just 2 Good Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp Dill weed, dried
    Garlic salt to taste

Steam cauliflower until just soft. Bake potato in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until soft when speared with fork. Allow all to cool.

Place cauliflower and potato (I leave the skin on) in food processor. Process until smooth. Add milk, mustard, mayonnaise, dill weed, and garlic salt and process some more. You may need to process in 2 or 3 batches, depending on size of food processor and amount of food. When placed in large storage bowl, be sure to stir so that there's an even amount of condiments throughout.

Serving size is 2/3 cup. Heat servings in microwave and serve.
