Simple easy carb with zip. Simple easy carb with zip.
Number of Servings: 4


    4 cups brown rice (cooked)
    1 cup salsa


Cook 2 cups rice in 4 cups of water (preferably brown). follow directions on pack. Warm up salsa in microwave for a minute or 2. When both rice and salsa ready just mix together. Serving size is about 1 1//4 cup. delish with little effort.
