    12 c old-fashioned oats
    2 c almonds
    2 c walnuts
    2 tsp pumpkin spice
    3/4 c maple syrup
    1/4 c molasses
    6 Tb ground flax seed


Pre-heat oven to 300 F.
Roast oats over medium-low heat until oats start to smell (5-7 minutes).
Add nuts and roast for another 3 minutes.
Add spice, flax seed, maple syrup, and molasses.
Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes, stirring half way through.

Serving Size: Makes 24 servings
