Introduction

Ingredients

2 oz. Coconut Butter
2 oz. Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
60 grams protein powder
1 serving eggbeaters
1 TBSP DaVinci Syrup
1 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Melt coconut butter and oil in microwave for about 30 seconds and blend together. Add salt, flours, protein powder, egg, and syrup. Mix completely and press into an 8 x 8 pan.
Bake for 12 minutes in a preheated 325 degree oven. When you remove them from the oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Wait a minute, then spread chocolate evenly over top.
Cool completely and cut into 9 bars.
You could also add raisins, nuts, chocolate chips, or berries to the mixture before pressing into pan.
