    3.5 cups cooked navy beans (2 15-ounce cans), drained and rinsed
    1 large sweet onion, diced
    3 tbsp blackstrap molasses
    3 tbsp maple syrup
    2 tablespoons regular mustard
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes
    1 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
    2 T dried cranberries


Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer over medium heat for 45 minutes or until onion is soft. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
