    3 ounces small red potatoes
    1 Tbs fresh chopped rosemary
    Pinch sea salt & pepper
    Spray Butter


Poke potatoes with a fork and microwave for 1 minute. Cube potatoes, place in small skillet (prepared with cooking spray) and continue cooking until potatoes are tender, approx 5 minutes. Sprinkle with seasonings and spray with butter.
