This reicpe makes 2 pounds of extended butter. It is very tasty and uses no chemicals. It tastes great. You can use different types of oil. I used 1/2 cup Olive oil and 1/2 cup canola oil in mine. Ingredients

1 pound salted buttter
1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp tap water
1 cup oil (Olive, canola, corn)
1 tsp liquid lecithin (found at a health food store)
Directions
There is no cooking involved. It can be made in a food processor or a blender. I used a food processor. Put the butter, cut into chunks around the bottom of food processor. Turn on and add water, oil and lecithin slowly. Blend till smooth. Put into covered container and refrigerate.
Serving Size: makes 2 pounds butter or 64 -1 tablespoon servings
