    1 4 serving box instant sugar free pudding, I use chocolate
    1 cup Yoplait light vanilla yogurt
    2 1/3 cups 1% milk


Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until well mixed pour into popsicle molds freeze until firm. To remove from molds dip bottom of molds into hot water for a moment. If you have serious chocolate cravings, like I do, this will minimize the urge to cheat.

Serving Size: make 8-12 pops depending on mold size
