    2 cups flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 cup blueberries
    3/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 egg, beaten


Mix four, baking powder and salt and sugar. add blueberries and stir gently. mix egg and sour cream and add to dry mixture. fold with spatula until mixed. it will be sticky. round up dough and divide in half. lightly flour a board and shape each half into a 6" round. cut into 4 and place on baking sheet. bake at 375F for 20 minutes. cool on rack
