    1 T EVOO
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 T Bacon Bits
    Swiss Chard, about 3 cups chopped


Saute onion in EVOO until soft. Add bacon and heat. Add swiss chard with a splash of water. Add salt and pepper to taste. I cover and let it steam for about 1 minute, then remove the cover and cook until tender; about 2-3 minutes

Serving Size: Makes about 3 side dish servings.
