Ingredients

    4 eggs beaten
    1 1/4 cup bisquick
    1/2 cup grated parmesan
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 T oregano
    1/4 cup oil
    3 cups grated zucchini
    1 lb turkey sausage cooked and drained well

Directions

Beat eggs well. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Bake in 2 qt. casserole sprayed with Pam. Bake uncovered at 350 for approx 1 hour and 15 minutes.
