    1 lb ground beef
1 tsp Smart Balance buttery spread
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1/3 c chopped celery
1/3 c chopped green bell pepper
    6 ounce can tomato paste
    1/4 c ketchup
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp thyme
    1/4 tsp thyme
    1 c water
    1-2 tsp Worcestershire
    1 c shredded cheddar cheese
    Fritos or similar corn chips

Saute onion, green pepper and celery just until soft in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and lightly brown. Drain. Add all other ingredients except corn chips and cheese. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for one hour, stirring occasionally. Serve atop corn chips, topped with cheese.

The nutrition was calculated using 1 oz. servings of Fritos and full fat cheese. You could lighten up by using reduced fat cheese.

Serving Size: makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
