    3/4 - 1# extra lean ground Beef
    1/2 med onion chopped
    1 1/2 c chopped green pepper
    2-3 garlic cloves
    1-3/4 can tomato soup
    1 can tomato sauce
    1-1/2c water
    16 oz package Brown Rice pasta
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp black pepper


Brown meat, onions and garlic in a dutch oven coated in Pam. Add tomato soup, sauce, water, and diced peppers. Bring to a boil; Add package of what ever style pasta you prefer (penne, elbow, bowtie, ect.). Reduce heat to low and cook for 25-30 min.; turn off heat add shredded cheese to top and let melt before serving (not in nutritional values).

More pasta makes a more pasta like dish, less makes a more casserole style dish.
