    1 pound dried cannelini beans (White kidney beans) - rinsed picked over and drained
    1 onion chopped
    2 stalks celery chopped
    1 tsp thyme
    8 cups low fat chicken broth
    2 10-oz packages frozen kale/greens
    4 low-fat andouille sausages


put all the ingredients in a large crockpot (has to hold at least 8 cups of broth plus veggies!) Cook on high for 8 hours.

Serving Size: 1.5 cups
