    5 small yellow squash
    .5 c cooked broccoli
    .5 c cooked cauliflower
    1.5 raw spinach
    .5 c sliced zucchini
    .75 c spaghetti sauce (preferably low-cal... mine was 60cal per .5c)
    .5 c fat free cottage cheese
    .25c ricotta cheese
    2 oz white cheese blend (abt. 200cal worth)
    7 oz. of chicken


This recipe is so amazing and simple!
1. Preheat oven to 400* F. Then, cut up the squash, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, and spinach. (I used mostly frozen veggies)
2. Put it all (the vegetables) in a skillet with about .25c water and leave to cook covered on medium heat. Cook till tender
3. While that's cooking, get out a lean grilling machine and cook up the chicken. (Just cook it up however you usually do, but don't use oil... :) Cut up the cooked chicken into small pieces; about an inch or so squares.
4. Mix Spaghetti sauce, Ricotta cheese, and fat free cottage cheese in a small bowl.
5. Measure out the right amount of white cheese and place in a cup or another bowl. (Makes it easier)
6. Use a 9x9 cooking pan. Spray with fat free or no-cal cooking spray (to avoid any sticking).
7. Layer bottom with vegetable mixture till completely covered.
8. Then spoon about .33-.5 c of sauce mixture over that.
9. Then sprinkle about half of the diced chicken on top of that.
10. Layer rest of vegetables on top, then remainder of chicken, and then remainder of sauce.
11. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
12. Put in oven for about 10 min at 400* F.

Hefty Servings- 4 servings per lasagna.
Can easily divide up and feed more though! :)
