    Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium, 2 tsp
    (* or 2 cups wholemeal sr flour)
    1 tsp Paprika sweet,
    1 cup grated low fat Cheese,
    0.5 Pumpkin raw grated
    0.5 cup, grated Zucchini
    2 eggs
    1 cup Skim Milk,
    1 tbsp Sesame Seeds,


1. combine dry ingredants, cheese and vegetables in a bowl

2. combine eggs and milk in a seperate bowl and add to dry ingredients. stir until just combined. the mixture will be slightly lumply.

3. spoon mixture into muffin paperslining the muffin tin, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 200 degrese clesus for 25 minutes or until cooked tested with a skewer.

**all measurements and tempretures are in australian metric.
