    4 Eggs
    1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
    1/4 cup Cream or Whole Milk (info is w/milk)
    1/2 cup Raisins or Apricots
    2T Sugar
    1/2t Cinnamon
    1/4t Cloves
    1t Canola Oil
    1/4t Vanilla Extract


Preheat oven to 350'. Spray 8x8" baking dish. Mix all ingredients and pour into dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until knife inserted into middle comes out dry. Slice into 8 pieces and serve.

Sugar can be substituted with Splenda if desired. Raisins can be substituted with dried fruit of choice, or left out.
