    2T Olive oil
    1/2 cup Vermicelli noodles, crushed
    1 cup Long-Grain Rice
    2 cups Vegetable Broth
    1cup Water
    1/2t Cinnamon


Heat oil over med-high heat. Add crushed vermicelli and stir until golden brow. Add rinsed rice and saute 1-2 minutes. Add broth and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to med-low and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, or til all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Add cinnamon and gently stir. Leave, covered, for 10 min.
