    4 packs good seasons mix
    204 grams of broccoli
    206 grams of carrot
    1 cup red wine vigeager

Directions

cook pasta as normal. Meanwhile steam broccoli and carrots in the microwave, about 2 minutes a peice. Mix Good seasons mix acording to directions on the box. Combine pasta, veg, and dressing. A seving is 1oz.
