Ingredients


    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 12 tsp (1/4 cup)
    Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup, .66 serving (2/3 cup)
    Beans, black, 20 grams
    *Onion powder, .25 tsp
    *Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup

Directions

Place beef in bottom of non-stick sprayed crock pot, sprinkle with dash of black pepper and onion powder, pour on Worcestershire sauce over beef, pour beef broth in pot but not directly on beef. Cover, set on Low.
