    20 oz. Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1/2 c. frozen onion
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 large can whole, peeled tomatoes
    1 large can petite diced tomatoes
    2-12 oz. cans of tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 T. Salt (can use less)
    3 T. Sugar (can use less)
    1 T. oregano
    1 t. basil
    2 bay leaves
    1 T. parsley


Brown ground turkey and onion in large saucepan. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Add the parmesan cheese and stir. Blend the whole tomato and pour into pan along with petite diced tomatoes, tomato paste, water and spices. Blend 1 cup raw carrots with 1/2 cup of water. Add to sauce. Stir together and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer for 30 minutes. Take out bay leaves and serve.
