Ingredients

    8 cups of water
    2 bouillon cubes (vegetable)
    1 large onion
    3 big yams (cut up)
    1/4 cup peanut butter (just peanuts, natural style, chunky or smooth)

Directions

put all ingredients in a pot until soft about 20 minutes. Blend in a blender or with a hand blender until pureed.

Serving Size: makes about 12 cups of soup
