    1 lb Gound White meat Turkey 97/3
    1 package taco seasoning
    4oz salsa
    1 11oz can Green Giant Mexicorn
    1 4oz can Green Chiles
    1 14.5oz can Petite Diced Tomatoes
    8oz Weight Watchers Mexican Blend Cheese
    2 cups Reduced Fat Bisquick
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cups skim milk
    3/4 cup water


Cook turkey thoroughly. Add taco seasoning,water stir until mixed.
Add onion and green pepper cook until tender.( I use frozen
peppers and onion.)
Add salsa,drained tomatoes,drained corn,green chilies, heat through,add 1/2 of the cheese and mix. Pour into a 13x9 glass dish.
Mix bisquik, egg and milk. Pour over mixture bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Insert knife in center. When it comes out clean it is done. Add the rest of cheese to the top of crust and leave it in oven just until melted. you may garnish with
a teaspoon of light or fat free sour cream.
