Ingredients

1 T. olive oil
3 Turkey Beer Brats, sliced or casing removed
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 vadelia onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. basil
1 T. parsley
1 t. oregano
1 t. salt
1 lb. spaghetti
Directions
1. Brown brat meat in the olive oil.
2. Add onions and garlic and saute until softened.
3. Add mushrooms and seasonings and stir to combine.
4. Cover and simmer at least 10 minutes. Can simmer all day.
5. Cook pasta according to package directions.
Can serve sauce over noodles or mix the sauce into the needles. Sometimes we take an additional step and bake it in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
