Simple, easy, fast, no yeast, no eggs. Simple, easy, fast, no yeast, no eggs.
Number of Servings: 8


    2 c whole wheat flour, well-sifted
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 c hot water


Combine all ingredients. Stir and then knead the dough until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes covered and away from drafts.
Roll out the dough and then cut out with glass or cookie cutter circles or pat the circles into shape.
Bake at 350 degrees until done, around 20 minutes.

Variation: For East Indian Chapattis, fry right after you roll them out in inch of oil. Or use the bread for pizza.
