Ingredients

    3 tbsp evoo
    4 cloves garlic
    10-12 oz tilapia
    .25 tsp salt
    .25 tsp pepper
    .5 tsp paprika
    .25 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp chopped parsley
    1 tsp chopped basil
    1 lemon or lime

Directions

preheat oven to 500F/260C.
Combine oil and garlic.
Marinate fish in garlic and oil for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with S&P, paprika, and red pepper.
Combine parsley and basil. Sprinkle on fish
squeeze lime juice over fish.
bake 25-20 minutes.
