    4 slices whole grain bread
    1/2 cup egg whites
    3/4 cup nonfat milk
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 banana sliced
    flaxseed to sprinkle
    1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt


Combine eggg whites, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in bowl. Dip bread in egg mixture until both sides are soaked. Heat nonstick skillet and spray with nonstick cooking spray, on medium-high. Place bread slices in skillet and place banana on top. Use spatula to "press" banana into bread. Flip when bottom is browned and then brown other side. Sprinkle with flax seed and dollop of nonfat yougurt.
