    * *Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, .5 serving
    * La Victoria Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, Mild, 2 tbsp.
    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp.
    * Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo
    * Cheddar Cheese, 5 grams


In a 5-inch fry pan, cut up one half of a 8 inch flour tortilla into bite size pieces over medium heat. Warm the tortilla pieces in the pan. Beat the egg in a separate dish, pour the egg over the tortilla. Stir lightly to cover the tortilla pieces and allow the egg to cook until the egg/tortilla can be turned over easily. Turn over and quickly add the cheese & salsa. When the egg is completely cooked turn out on to a dish and add the sour cream. Good eating!
