Introduction

Got this from my sister (who is doing low carb/hcg) - SO yummy when you want a little something crunchy! Got this from my sister (who is doing low carb/hcg) - SO yummy when you want a little something crunchy!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Flaxseed meal
    1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
    .5 Teas Seasoning Salt
    1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
    1 Tbsp water

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until dough forms. On a piece of parchment paper - spread out dough to desired thickness (the thinner - the crunchier...) This is easier if you have apiece of parchment on top too! Microwave for 1 minute... flip it over, and microwave for another 30 seconds or so - until they are as crisp as you want!
