    1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    5 oz light velveeta, cubed
    1/3 cup mayo with olive oil, reduced fat
    16 oz turkey breast cubed
    12 oz frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
    3 cups cooked brown rice
    1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 cups salad croutons


in a large bowl, combine soups, cheese, mayo, turkey, broccoli, rice and mushrooms

transfer to greased 13x9 baking dish...bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes...sprinkle with croutons...bake another 10 minutes until bubbly
