Yummy--even better after it sits. Spoon some of the cranberries onto your salad for a taste treat.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup craisins
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 cup cold pressed olive oil

Directions

Soak the cranberries in white wine vinegar for 30 minutes. Add the spices and olive oil. Shake. Refrigerate.
