Ingredients

    1 can (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup (98% Fat Free)
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 cup salsa
    2 tsp chili powder
    2 cups chopped cooked chicken
    1/2 cup shredded Cheese
    6 flour tortillas
    1can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies


Directions

Stir the soup, sour cream, salsa and chili powder in a medium bowl.
Stir 1cup of salsa mix, chicken and cheese in a large bowl.
Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Roll up the tortilla and place seamside up in 2 qt shallow baking dish. Pour remaining salsa mixture over filled tortillas. Cover dish.
Bake at 350 for40 minutes or until enchiladas are hot and bubbling.
