    2 cups wheat bran
    1-1/8 cup flax meal
    1/3 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
    5 splenda packets
    3 scoops vanilla protein powder
    3 TBSP cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg


How To Prepare: In large bowl, mix ingredients very well,and store in a zip lock bag in fridge. Put 1/2 cup of cereal in a bowl or mug and add boiling hot water, slowly, to get a syrup thickness. Stir well, let sit 10 seconds or so, will thicken slightly. Top with blueberries or add cream.
