    2-large fresh eggs
    1/4 cup lean ham, cubed
    1-tbsp green peppers, chopped
    1-tbsp onions, chopped
    1-slice American cheese
    1-tsp margarine


Melt margarine in a small frying pan-6 inch, medium heat. Beat eggs in a bowl and pour into pan, let cook till edges are firm. Add ham, peppers, onions and lay cheese on top. Let cheese melt and eggs cook, then fold over in half and let cook until lightly browned on each side.
