Number of Servings: 16


    1 cup splenda
    2 mashed ripe bananas
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 t vanilla
    1 cup flour
    1 t baking powder
    1 t baking soda
    1 t cinnamon
    1/4 t salt
    3oz. reduced fat cream cheese
    1/3 cup smart balance spread
    1 t vanilla
    2 cups powdered sugar


Mix wet, mix dry, mix together. Spread into sprayed 9x13 pan and bake 20-30 minutes at 350. Cool completely, make frosting, frost, and enjoy!
