    1.5 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2-15 oz. cans of black beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 c. Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 tsp. Cumin
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. can of chopped green chilies
    6 small corn tortillas
    6 slices 2% American Cheese


Boil chicken for 10 minutes or until done. Chop and combine with other ingredients, except tortillas. Place half the tortilla strips along the bottom of a 8 x 11.5 inch baking dish and top with half of the chicken mixture. Then another layer of tortilla strips and the remainder of the chicken mixture. Top with 6 slices of 2% American Cheese.
