    5 chicken thighs or breasts - BONE IN
    salt and pepper
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple in it's own juice


Heat oven to 350. Place the chicken in a shwloow roasting pan large enough to hold the pieces in a single layer. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.

Bake for 1 hour (check after 40 minutes) or until chicken is done to desired taste. Baste the chicken occasionally with tomato soup mixture. Serve the chicken with rice and goocked greens.
