Ingredients

    1.75 cups whole wheat flour
    .25 cups flax seed
    .75 cupsapple juice
    .5 cup applesauce
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1/3 cup raisins
    1 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine.

Bake at 400 degrees for 18-22 minutes
