    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded


Makes two servings.

Saute veggies using cooking spray. Add beaten eggs and scramble. Cook until desired consistency. Top with cheese.
