Introduction

These are pretty crumbly but delicious. They taste like the inside of a reeses peanut butter cup.
Vegan if vegan choc-chips and egg sub used

Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup your preferred granular sweetner (I used splenda)
    Egg replacer for 1 egg (I use Orgran No-Egg)
    50g dark chocolate choc-chips

Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Divide into teaspoon sized balls and press down onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 180 Celcius for 15-17 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 30 cookies of 1-inch diameter
