    Barilla Plus Angel Hair (uncooked), 8 oz
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Vanilla, 4 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced
    2 cups cherry tomatoes-halved
    1 tsp lemon zest
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced


Cook and drain pasta, reserve 1/4 cup cooking water

Stir together the yogurt, cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

In a large skillet heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the zucchini and cook just until wilted about 1 minute. Use a spoon to push the zucchini to the side of the pan. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant-about 1 minute. Mix the garlic into the zucchini. Sire in the tomatoes and cook until softened 1-2 minutes.

Transfer the zucchini mixture to the yogurt mixture and stir gently to combine. Add the drained linguine and toss gently to combine. Add the reserved pasta cooking water a tablespoon at a time, if necessary to thin it. Divide among 4 bowls and serve.
