    Pork Tenderloin, 12 oz
    *Frozen Vegetables (Green Giant Japanese Mix), 4 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp
    Chili flakes 1/2 tsp.
    *Fish Sauce, 6 tbsp
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 6 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Nakano Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 0.375 cup, packed
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 6 cloves
    Cornstarch 2 tsp.


First, mix the soy sauce with 1 tsp of the cornstarch - this is your marinade. Mix with the chicken and allow to sit while you prepare the sauce and vegetables.

Add all other sauce ingredients to a bowl except the cornstarch and vegetables. Stir well.

Place 1 Tbsp. oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium to high heat. Add the pork (together with its marinade). Stir-fry 1-2 minutes, or until meat is firm (You may need to add 1 or 2 Tbsp. water to the wok/pan whenever it turns dry).
Add the fresh broccoli and stir fry for 2 minutes, then add the frozen vegetables, and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.

Stir in sauce and cook another 2-3 minutes. Add the cornstarch dissolved in water.
* you nay need a little more cornstarch, but start with a tsp, and add more if needed*

Serving Size: makes 6- 1 1/2 cup servings
