Introduction
Oat Bran Crusted Cheesecake. Suitable for PP, PV. This recipe is based on a two tablespoon Oat Bran Allowance, if you are on Attack you have to adapt 1.4 tbsp Oat Bran Allowance per serving. Ingredients

Crust:
12 spoons of Oat Bran
50ml Water
2 tsp grounded cinnamon
Filing
500 grams 0% Fromage Blanc or Quark
Zest of 1/2 a lemon
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
15 grams Sweetener
Directions
Crust
Pre-heat over at 150 Celsius Degrees. Prepare crust by mixing Oat Bran with Grounded Cinnamon and then add the Water. Use a fork to mix. Let rest for 5 minutes.
I used a teflon 6 muffins tray for daily portions (use greased paper if no teflon). I lined the bottom with two Tbs of above mixture. Press with fingers to homogenize the crust. Place in the oven for 15 minutes. When time is up take out of the oven and leave to cool for 1/2 hour.
Filling
Mix Fromage Blanc or Quark with sugar (use a whisk or electric mixer at a very low setting). Add eggs one by one and mix. Add lemon zest and vanilla and mix. You should obtain a thick cream light yellow.
Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Use a laddle to poor the mixture into the muffin cake lined with the crust. Place baking tray in oven for 10 minutes. Do no let brown, it should be golden. Once ready, turn oven off and let cool in the oven.
You can top it with whatever you want (as long as it is Dukan and it corresponds to your phase): fat free yogurt with sweetener...
Serving Size: Divide cake in 6 equal pieces or use a baking muffin tray and put mixture in 6 as in the picture
