    3 lbs round steak, cut into 10 pieces
    28 oz canned diced tomatoes
    12 oz can tomato paste
    29 oz canned carrots
    dash of salt and pepper
    seasoning salt and garlic powder to taste (i put in 3t and 2t in the recipe just so i had an amount)


Season meat and brown on both sides, put in baking pan. Add rest of the ingredients to pan, including all juices from cans. Bake on 375 degree oven til meat is completely cooked and sauce is heated thru. About 30 mins.
