Ingredients

    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 grapefruit, in sections
    1/3 c. mandarin orange sections
    1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
    4 tsp. almonds, slivered and toasted
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    paprika to taste

Directions

In a small bowl combine cottage cheese with cinnamon and nutmeg. Mound onto serving dish. Arrange grapefruit and orange sections around cheese. Combine almonds and apple pieces and spoon over cheese. Sprinkle paprika over cheese and serve.
