    2 frozen pie shells
    8 eggs
    1 pint of half and half
    1/4 cup diced onion
    dash of garlic
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of paprika
    2 and half cups of diced ham
    1 cup of shredded cheader cheese
    2 cups of mozzerela shreeded cheese


mix eggs , spices and half and half together and pour half in one pie shell and half in the other.
then take half the ham and sprinkle in one shell then the other half in the second pie shell.
split cheese and sprinkle half on one shell and half on the other
use spoon and press down so ham and cheese is under the egg mix.
Place pie shells on cookie sheets in case spill overs

Cover edge of crust so wont burn.

puti n oven 325 for about 30 - 45 minutes ..till knife comes out clean.

**make sure the ham doesnt have a lot of water added to it if so microwave on low for 3 minutes to take out extar water.

* makes two .. quiche freezes well ( if you want to freez 2nd), just let the second one cool and cover with palstic wrap then foil and place in freezer.. when you want it later take it out and place in over frozen at 325 for about an hour.
