corn starch
tofurkey, peppered slices, 8 slices (half the package)
orowheat light whole wheat bread (40 calories/slice), 2 slices
Directions
* heat up the au jus according to the package instructions.
* Once the au jus is prepared, dip your torfurkey slices one by one in the au jus, then set aside on a microwavable plate
* mix the corn starch in cold water (start with 1.5 tsp mixed in a bit of water so it's runny). Add to the prepared au jus and mix. Let heat for a bit on low or medium-low. If you want it thicker, add more corn starch mix.
