Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    3 Tbs. Milk
    1 cup Flours
    1/2 tsp. Salt

    Chicken Broth

Directions

Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt in medium mixing bowl. (I do it by hand with a wooden spoon) Dough should be tough and pull apart easily.

Scoop out large spoonfuls into a seperate bowl filled with flour. Coat dough with flour and tranfer to a floured countertop. Roll out dough with rolling pin. Place flattened dough on a flour cloth to dry. Repeat until all dough is rolled out.

Once dough is mostly dry, cut into strips and allow to dry completely.

To Cook: Bring chicken broth to a boil. Place noodles in the broth and cook for 30 minutes, stirring often. Noodles are done when tneder.

    Very Good
I love homemade noodles and I thought this was really good. Alothough I think owning a pasta maker would make it even better. (less mess) I did make it with my kids though, and they had a lot of fun. - 2/9/08
