Introduction
A family favorite for the holidays...also great as left-overs! A family favorite for the holidays...also great as left-overs!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

2 large eggs
3 Tbs. Milk
1 cup Flours
1/2 tsp. Salt
Chicken Broth
Directions
Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt in medium mixing bowl. (I do it by hand with a wooden spoon) Dough should be tough and pull apart easily.
Scoop out large spoonfuls into a seperate bowl filled with flour. Coat dough with flour and tranfer to a floured countertop. Roll out dough with rolling pin. Place flattened dough on a flour cloth to dry. Repeat until all dough is rolled out.
Once dough is mostly dry, cut into strips and allow to dry completely.
To Cook: Bring chicken broth to a boil. Place noodles in the broth and cook for 30 minutes, stirring often. Noodles are done when tneder.
*This recipe is easily expanded to feed more people.
